Party Expert
Field Day Parties provides high-energy, fun, and organized entertainment for children’s birthday parties and events. As a Party Expert, you’ll travel to backyards, parks, and local facilities, bringing excitement to every celebration. Most of our events take place in Bergen County and surrounding areas. You’ll lead engaging games and activities for kids of all ages, running the show as parents watch and enjoy the fun. You’ll also handle setup and breakdown of game equipment and supplies, keeping everything organized and efficient. A key part of your role is creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where everyone feels welcome. As a representative of Field Day Parties, you’ll bring professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting positive impression on all participants
After School Leader
Field Day Parties doesn’t just bring the fun to birthday parties! We also provide enrichment opportunities for various afterschool programs in the area. As an After School Leader, you’ll run weekly, high-energy programs for groups of children at local schools and facilities in Bergen County and surrounding areas. Your job is to lead active games, team challenges, and fun group activities that keep kids moving, engaged, and excited every week. All activities are pre-planned, so you can focus on guiding the children and maintaining a positive, safe environment. Programs run weekdays from 3:30-4:30 pm in 10 week seasonal sessions. By creating a supportive and fun atmosphere, you’ll make each weekly session something children look forward to.
Requirements
Experience
A background in working with children in settings such as camps, schools, or sports.
Transportation
Reliable transportation to travel to party locations and after school programs.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Availability
Flexibility to work weekend parties and/or consistent weekdays after school.
Personality
A high-energy, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
Other
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
